These terms apply to the purchase of tickets for the ESO Tavern event.

🎟️ 1. Ticket Purchase

By purchasing a ticket, you enter into a binding agreement with WUNDERMACHER GmbH.

Tickets are personal and may not be transferred without prior consent of the organizer.

💳 2. Payment

Payment must be completed in full before access to the event is granted.

❌ 3. Cancellation / Refund Policy

Tickets are generally non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event program.

⚠️ 4. Event Changes / Cancellation

If the event is canceled, ticket holders will receive a refund.

Further claims are excluded unless required by law.

🛡️ 5. Liability

Participation is at your own risk.

The organizer is only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.

⚖️6. Right of Withdrawal (IMPORTANT!)

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

According to § 312g BGB, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.

Therefore, tickets for the ESO Tavern are excluded from withdrawal and return.
